First Federal Bank of Wisconsin promoted Andy Narr to executive vice president of commercial banking..The bank hired Narr in 2019. He is credited with playing a crucial role in improving the bank’s credit culture and increasing its commercial banking portfolio. Narr has more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis and business development. “Andy has led the building of our strong credit culture while also attracting many new commercial business customers and expanding numerous existing relationships,” said First Federal Bank of Wisconsin CEO Edward Schaefer. “His leadership, credit expertise and ability to drive results through relationship banking make him a valuable addition to our executive management team.”
