The Richfield, Minn.-based bankers' bank announced that Jordan Marks joined its correspondent banking team..Marks, based in Stuart, Iowa, will focus on UBB's relationships with community banks throughout the state. A 13-year industry veteran, Marks brings seven years of commercial-banking experience and a background in community development. He earned a bachelor's degree from Central College, Pella, Iowa.In recent LinkedIn posts, UBB also welcomed Carrie Helmle as a compliance consultant and bid farewell to Chief Marketing Officer John Peterson, who retired after 24 years at UBB and 41 years in banking.
