Marshfield, Wis.-based Forward Bank added three executives in technology, banking and insurance..Jeri Koester joined Forward as chief information and technology officer. Koester, who will oversee Forward’s cybersecurity, data, digital, IT and project management teams, has expertise in digital transformation, cybersecurity and enterprise IT strategy. Brent Arndt was appointed vice president/ retail director. With 18 years of banking experience, Arndt will lead Forward’s retail, cash management, nonprofit banking and private banking teams. Butch Wiegel joined Forward Insurance as VP/ director of large commercial insurance.
