U.S. Bancorp names CEO of three subsidiaries

Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp named Evamarie Schoenborn CEO of retail brokerage, investment advisory and insurance services subsidiaries PFM Fund Distributors, UnionBanc Investment Services and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc..Schoenborn is tasked with bringing the organizations together after U.S. Bancorp acquired UnionBanc Investment Services and PFM Fund Distributors in separate transactions. UnionBanc was acquired as part of U.S. Bancorp's acquisition of MUFG Union Group late last year. PFM Fund Distributors is an affiliate of PFM Asset Management, which was acquired by U.S. Bancorp in December 2021. .Schoenborn's appointment was effective June 30. She was previously president and CEO of the wealth management division at Milwaukee-based Northwestern Mutual. Schoenborn has a bachelor's degree and an MBA from St. Cloud State University. ."Evamarie is a strategic leader, with extensive experience in wealth management and financial services," said U.S. Bank Wealth Management President Scott Ford.
