PSB Holdings elects two board members

Wausau, Wis.-based PSB Holdings elected Jeff Wickersham and Tim Kilgore to its board..Board member Kevin Kraft was elected chair. He replaces longtime Chair William Fish, who is expected to remain on the board as a director. Also, Lee Guenther retired from the board in April after serving since 2013. .Wickersham is the second-generation owner and operator of Marshfield, Wis.-based jewelry store Wickersham Jewelers. Kilgore is president of sales at commercial and institutional HVAC company Greenheck Fan Corp. ."We are pleased to welcome Jeff and Tim to the Board," said Scott Cattanach, president and CEO of PSB Holdings and its $1.4 billion subsidiary Peoples State Bank.
