Port Washington State Bank in Wisconsin hired Terry Kotsakis as vice president and leader of treasury management to lead the new department.Kotsakis has nearly 20 years of banking experience in the southeast part of the state in treasury management, commercial banking and customer service. “The formation of a dedicated treasury management department is an important step forward for PWSB, and Terry is the right leader to build it,” said Joan Woldt, executive vice president and chief operating officer.
