National Exchange Bank & Trust promoted Isaac Mueller to vice president/commercial lending. .Mueller joined the bank 19 years ago and has been in lending since. In his new role, Mueller will oversee commercial lending relationships. Mueller has a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. National Exchange announced four other promotions, including Jane Becker and Cassie Busalacchi to operations officer; Josh Blatz to assistant VP of ag and commercial lending; and Kris Sailberlich to AVP of commercial lending.
