Madison, Wis.-based First Business Bank hired Andrew Otto as vice president-treasury management. .Otto, who is based in Appleton, Wis., has more than a decade of treasury management experience. “His background spans treasury implementation, sales analysis and relationship management, giving him a comprehensive view of how treasury solutions are built and applied in practice,” according to the bank. Otto has a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
