Union Grove, Wis.-based Community State Bank promoted two to vice president in its southeast Wisconsin market. .Laura Burnett Shoemaker was promoted to vice president and market president for the Kenosha-Racine market. Shoemaker has more than 30 years of banking experience, the last seven in the bank’s cash management division. “Laura’s leadership skills and customer service skills are second to none,” said CSB President Bob Findysz. “She is the ultimate team player and will continue to be a great representative of our bank.” The bank also promoted Molly Krause to VP and cash management manager. Krause, who joined the bank 15 years ago, also has more than 30 years of banking experience. She is credited with helping develop the bank’s cash management operations.
