U.S. Bancorp Chief Operations Officer Souheil Badran will retire from the company this spring..A senior executive vice president, Badran joined the Minneapolis-based company in late 2022 with experience in payments, software and wealth management. He is credited with helping bring automation and artificial intelligence to the bank’s contact centers. “Souheil has led our operations function with distinction and a keen eye toward elevating our client experience with our contact centers and driving productivity and efficiency in service of our shareholders,” said U.S. Bancorp CEO Gunjan Kedia.
