Bismarck, N.D.-based Starion Bank appointed Dave Rogstad president..Rogstad, whose appointment was effective Aug. 1, oversees the daily operations of the bank, while Craig Larson continues as CEO and chair of the board.Rogstad joined Starion in 2014, and was most recently chief banking officer for the Fargo, North Dakota, and Madison, Wis., markets, as well as interim chief operating officer. He brings more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, with expertise in commercial and industrial lending, commercial real estate and SBA financing. “Dave has a deep passion for community banking,” Larson said. “His leadership reflects a strong sense of purpose and a deep understanding of customers and communities across our markets.
