Jeffrey Saxton was hired by Medford, Wis.-based Prevail Bank as chief retail officer. .Saxton, who is based in Stevens Point, Wis., has more than 20 years of banking leadership experience in retail banking, mortgage lending, consumer lending, customer experience and sales strategy. “Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, driven sustainable deposit and loan growth, and developed innovative retail strategies focused on strengthening customer relationships,” according to the bank. Saxton graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
