Peoples names new COO

Kim D. Krehbiel has been elected chief operating officer of The Peoples Bank, Pratt, Kan..Krehbiel has more than 32 years of experience at three different banks in south central Kansas. His responsibilities will include direct, day-to-day management of the $370 million bank's nine offices and 80 employees.."Kim's depth of banking knowledge and strength in helping business people succeed uniquely qualify him for the position," said Porter Loomis, Peoples president. "We are very excited to have Kim's vision to help lead the bank into the future.".Krehbiel has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, Manhattan. He has also completed the Kansas/Nebraska Intermediate School of Banking and the Colorado Graduate School of Banking at Boulder.
