Oregon, Wis.-based One Community Bank named Jami Noyes chief risk officer, adding him to the bank’s senior leadership team..Noyes will work across all areas of the organization to oversee and guide the bank’s approach to risk management. Noyes has 27 years of banking experience. He began his career as a teller and has worked in nearly every department of a bank.
