Old National names chairman

Old National CEO Bob Jones added chair of the board to his list of duties..Jones replaces Larry Dunigan as chair of the Evansville, Ind., company effective May 12..Jones joined Old National in September 2004 after a 25-year career at Cleveland-based KeyCorp. Most recently Jones was CEO of McDonald Investments Inc., the KeyCorp business unit that provides brokerage, capital markets, insurance, investment banking, and asset management services..Previously, he served on the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis board of directors, where he was a member of its executive committee and chaired the audit committee..Becky Skillman also was named lead director of the Old National Board, also effective May 12. Skillman will chair the board's corporate governance and nominating committee and serve as a liaison between the chairman and the independent, non-management members of the board..She was elected to the Old National Board in June 2013. Formerly the two-term Lt. Governor of Indiana, she currently serves as CEO of Radius Indiana, an economic development company focusing on South Central Indiana.."My 34 years as a director of Old National has been an outstanding experience for me and one that I will treasure," said Dunigan.
