North Shore Bank Vice President and District Manager Kerri Collins and Area Manager Mickey Adams will retire this spring. .The Brookfield, Wis.-based bank promoted Katie Presser to north district manager and Caitlin Maloney to manager of the Pulaski, Wis., branch. Emmeline Knight-Guzman was named the leader of the $2.5 billion bank’s Howard-Suamico market, while Aubrey Abrahamson was selected to lead the Allouez, Wis., branch. Mariah Hintz will lead the bank’s team in east Green Bay, Wis. “These promotions reflect the depth of talent within our organization and our intentional focus on developing leaders from within,” added Senior Vice President of Retail Banking Susan T. Doyle.
