North Shore Bank, Brookfield, Wis., promoted Dee Patel to vice president and district manager for the bank's East Region, which includes offices in Milwaukee and Ozaukee counties. In 2020, Patel joined North Shore Bank as an area manager. Since then, she has been named branch manager of the year twice.
