Winona, Minn.-based Merchants Bank named Lori Reed senior vice president/chief human resource officer. .Reed has more than 30 years of HR experience, most recently as chief HR officer at Winona State University for 18 years. She has more than a decade of HR leadership in the financial industry, at WNB Financial, Winona, and State Bank of La Crosse, Wis. Reed has a Bachelor of Science degree in HR management and health administration along with an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
