Chicago-based Marquette National Corporation appointed Meghan E. McCarthy to its board of directors. .McCarthy is a partner in the Boston office of global law firm Morgan Lewis. Her practice centers on tax matters and commercial considerations related to structuring and implementing transactions and business relationships. McCarthy finished her undergraduate education at Cornell University and has a law degree at Boston College Law School. “It is a full-circle moment to bring my professional expertise to a family business that has prospered and grown strategically,” she said.
