Warsaw, Ind.-based Lake City Bank hired Gregory C. Brown as senior vice president, commercial Elkhart regional manager..Chair and CEO David M. Findlay said the new, Elkhart-focused team Brown will lead reflects the success of the bank in the community over the past 35 years and the continued growth of the bank in the market. Brown will lead a team of three commercial banking officers, while Senior Vice President Todd Bruce will continue leading the commercial north region team for the nearly $7 billion bank. “Greg’s deep knowledge of the Elkhart market, combined with his leadership experience and commitment to relationship banking, make him the ideal person to lead this new region,” Findlay added. Brown has 30 years of financial services experience, including his time as a commercial banking officer for Lake City Bank from 2016-21.
