Ixonia Bank in Wisconsin promoted Patrick Lubar and Alex Hinze to senior vice president of commercial lending. .Lubar joined the bank in 2017. Hinze has been with Ixonia Bank since 2023, and has 16 years of banking experience. The pair are credited with sparking 26.6 percent loan portfolio growth from 2024-25 and 17.1 percent from 2025-26.“Their commitment to serving clients, developing trusted partnerships and driving business growth has been instrumental to our success,” said CEO Greg Larson.
