Ixonia Bank promotes three employees

Ixonia Bank in Wisconsin recently promoted three employees.

Patrick Lubar to first vice president–regional commercial banking manager. Lubar, who joined the bank in 2017 as a credit analyst, has played a leading role in expanding Ixonia Bank’s commercial lending presence in the Milwaukee area.

Josh Effinger to assistant vice president–marketing. Since joining the bank in 2019, Effinger has marketed initiatives spanning social media, public relations, event planning, and strategic planning. 

Dawn Gustafson to AVP–market manager. She began with Ixonia Bank in 2015 as a customer service representative and has since advanced through several roles, most recently assistant branch manager of the Oconomowoc Lakes Plaza branch. 

“We have built a high-performing team around recruiting, retaining and recognizing individuals for their leadership and contributions,” said CEO Greg Larson. “We look forward to celebrating each well-deserved promotion and are confident that they will provide strong leadership for years to come.”
