Rod Glosser was appointed to the board of directors of Centerville-based Iowa Trust and Savings Bank. .Glosser is CEO and CFO of the Rathbun Regional Water Association, where he has been a member for more than 25 years, initially as CFO. He’s also been a CFO for a rural hospital in Iowa.Glosser has a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and business management from Central College in Pella, Iowa. “Throughout this career, Glosser has actively engaged with various nonprofit organizations and community boards,” according to the bank. “He currently serves as president of the Iowa Rural Water Association and is a member of the executive committee for the Centerville and Appanoose County Economic Development and Tourism group.”
