Horicon Bank Senior Vice President Dale Hans retired from the Wisconsin-based bank on June 30. .Hans, a mortgage and consumer credit officer, spent nearly 30 years at the bank. He is credited with developing Horicon’s mortgage and consumer credit operations. Hans also helped establish and grow the bank’s Appleton, Wis., and Fond du Lac, Wis., branches. “Dale’s impact on Horicon Bank extends far beyond his role,” said Chief Banking Officer Steve Leaman. “His commitment to excellence, his ability to build strong relationships, and his passion for helping others succeed have left a lasting mark on our organization.”
