Horicon Bank in Wisconsin appointed Scott De Young to its board of directors..De Young has more than three decades of financial and operational experience. He’s been vice president of finance and operations for two printing companies. A CPA, DeYoung was CFO for local contractor Sam’s Well Drilling before becoming co-owner and CFO of Municipal Well and Pump in Waupun, Wis. He was named president of the company in 2021. “His extensive financial leadership and deep commitment to our communities make him a valuable addition to our team,” said Fred F. Schwertfeger, CEO and board chair of Horicon Bank.
