Guaranty Bank promotes two executives

Springfield, Mo.-based Guaranty Bank promoted Heather Ramsey to executive vice president of private banking and Andy Redman to senior vice president, commercial banking officer. 

Ramsey, who has 35 years of experience in banking, has had board roles throughout her career. “I’ve worked with Heather my entire banking career and watched her develop into the exceptional leader she is today,” said Guaranty Bank CEO Monte McNew. “She has a deep understanding of client needs, combined with strategic insight.” 

Redman graduated from Missouri State University, Springfield. “Andy has been a dynamic addition and leader since joining Guaranty Bank over a year ago,” said President Becky Scorse. “He has been pivotal in our continued growth and success as an organization.”
