Fowler State Bank in Indiana promoted Courtney Rooze to president, effective Jan. 1, 2026..Rooze’s promotion is effective Jan. 1. He began his career with the nearly $200 million bank in 2016 as an ag/commercial lender trainee, and was promoted to ag loan officer three years later. He’s been a senior ag lender since 2022. Rooze graduated from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind., with a degree in agribusiness management.Steven Brunton will continue as CEO until his planned retirement in 2027.
