Denver-based First Western Trust appointed Alison Timboe senior vice president and trust officer, the company announced May 11..Timboe, who is based in the bank’s Jackson Hole, Wyo., office, has nearly 20 years of experience in estate planning, fiduciary advisory and trust administration, most recently as senior trust advisor at Wells Fargo Private Bank. In her new role, she will focus on expanding First Western Trust’s trust services in Wyoming and supporting clients across the firm’s Western markets.First Western Trust Market President Jake Lamarine said Timboe’s experience in fiduciary advisory work and trust administration will strengthen the firm’s presence in Wyoming, which has become a prominent jurisdiction for trusts.Timboe has a bachelor’s degree in business economics from University of California, Santa Barbara, a law degree from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of San Diego.
