Beloit, Wis.-based First National Bank and Trust announced several leadership promotions and organizational changes:.Promotions included: Chelsea Ballou to executive vice president, chief banking officer, where she will oversee customer-facing functions. Brian Goeller to EVP, chief technology, innovation and operations officer. Kyle Lamb to senior vice president, chief credit officer. Lamb will lead the bank’s credit services team while overseeing mortgage operations, underwriting and collections. Dave Marshick to SVP and director of commercial banking. JT Current to SVP, director of consumer banking. Deb Griffith to SVP, director of retail banking. Jennelle Olson to first vice president, relationship banking manager. Kristen Jacobsen to VP IT development team lead. She will lead the advancement of FNBT’s technology solutions offering. Stacy Matuseski to VP HR manager. The bank announced its realignment into five total markets: Central, including branches in Beloit and Clinton; North, including two in Janesville; West, including branches in Monroe and Argyle; South, including three branches in Illinois; and East, including five in Walworth County.
