Mattoon, Ill.-based First Mid Bank & Trust promoted Julie Huelsmann to senior vice president, senior agricultural lender. .Huelsmann, who has more than 10 years of experience in agricultural finance, has a Bachelor of Science degree in agribusiness economics from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. “Julie’s dedication to our ag customers and strong understanding of rural economies make her an outstanding fit for this position,” said First Mid Chief Lending Officer Eric McRae. “We’re excited to see her take on a greater leadership role as we continue to serve the needs of farmers in our communities.”
