Watford City, N.D.-based First International Bank & Trust promoted three leaders and hired another to oversee retail banking, credit and technology..The three promotions included:Dave Mason to chief retail banking officer, a new executive leadership position at the bank. He joined First International in 2025 as president of the Bismarck, N.D., market before he was named director of mortgage. Matt Mueller to chief credit officer. He has been with the bank for nearly 15 years, starting as branch president before being named regional credit officer in 2019.Kacie Weber to director of retail banking. She joined FIBT in 2019 in organizational development, advancing several times before being named director of organizational development. The bank hired Mike Rylance as chief technology officer. He has experience in data, cloud technology and artificial intelligence.
