Phil Rawley and Gina Hermann have been appointed to the board of First Federal Savings Bank, Evansville, Ind. Rawley serves as CEO of Tri-State Orthopedics. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville.
