Madison, Wis.-based First Business Financial Services appointed Scott M. Ferris to its board of directors. .Ferris was managing director leading the commercial banking business within the Financial Institutions Group of BMO Financial Group from 2006-25. He joined BMO in 1985 and has had positions in commercial and corporate banking before being promoted to senior leadership positions. “His extensive experience in financial services, capital markets and risk oversight will be invaluable as the company continues to execute its long-term growth strategy,” said President and CEO Dave Seiler.
