Madison, Wis.-based First Business Financial Services CEO Corey Chambas will retire in May 2026. President and Chief Operating Officer David Seiler is expected to succeed Chambas. .The company hired Chambas in 1993. He has been CEO since 2006, and was company president from 2005-23. Seiler has been in his position since January 2023, after spending seven years as chief operating officer. Seiler, who has more than 30 years of experience in banking, previously served in leadership positions with Midwest-based commercial banking companies, most recently as managing director of the correspondent banking division of BMO Harris Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration and a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
