Madison, Wis.-based First Business Bank promoted Beth Kmiec to senior vice president-director of wealth and fiduciary services. .Kmiec has nearly 20 years of experience, with a background in trust administration, asset management, estate planning and investments. Former chief fiduciary officer and executive vice president at ClearPoint Federal Bank & Trust, Kmiec has also worked at J.P. Morgan, where she was a senior trust officer and vice president. She has a law degree with a tax law/estate planning focus from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and psychology from the University of Notre Dame (Ind.).
