Marcos Vega joined Brookfield, Wis.-based First Business Bank as senior vice president-director of specialty deposits. .Vega has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience in treasury management, institutional banking and complex deposit relationship management. “His background includes supporting businesses and institutions in health care, education, nonprofit, government, payment processing, manufacturing and construction sectors, with experience spanning cash flow management, working capital strategy, fraud mitigation and payment solutions,” according to the bank. Vega has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Marquette University, Milwaukee, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
