Helena, Mont.-based Eagle Bancorp appointed Darryl Rensmon president, effective June 1. .Rensmon, executive vice president and chief operating officer, is replacing Laura Clark, who will remain as CEO of both the company and its subsidiary, Opportunity Bank of Montana. Clark plans to retire, but an effective date has not been set. Rensmon joined Eagle Bancorp in 2016 as vice president/chief information officer. He was promoted to senior vice president in October 2017. He was promoted to chief operating officer in fall 2022.He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration-information systems management from Montana State University-Billings.
