Dart Bank hired Matt West as executive vice president and chief strategy officer..West will lead the Mason, Mich.-based bank’s long-term strategic planning and execution.He has more than 10 years of banking experience. Before joining the $1.4 billion Dart Bank, West was the founder and CEO of banking technology company Xenios and chief strategy officer at Fairmont, W.V.-based financial holding company MVB Financial. West holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA from Duke University.
