Paducah, Ky.-based CSI named Nancy Langer president and CEO. .Langer has more than 35 years of financial technology experience. Langer, who has spent more than 20 years working with community banks at Metavante and FIS, was most recently CEO of Transact Campus. The company was acquired by Roper Technologies last year and merged with software company CBORD. Langer has also had leadership roles at Metavante and FIS, where she was chief product officer and executive vice president. She is credited with launching and leading the consumer bill payment business at Metavante, enlarging it to serve more than 1,500 financial institutions worldwide. Langer succeeds David Culbertson, who will become vice chair of the board and work with Langer throughout the transition. “Just as community banks across the country are seeking better ways to build personal relationships with their account holders, CSI is committed to outstanding customer service — a value I believe is the foundation for our continued success,” Langer said. Langer has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and graduated from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management executive leadership certificate program.
