Dennis Pollack was appointed to the board of directors of Brookfield, Wis.-based CIB Marine Bancshares. .Pollack’s appointment increased the size of the company’s board to 10. CIB Bancshares is the parent company of CIBM Bank. Pollack has had executive roles at Sony Corporation of America, Connecticut Bank of Commerce, Savings Bank of Rockland County and Paulson & Company. He has served on the boards of several financial institutions.“He brings extensive leadership experience within financial institutions and a deep understanding of the banking industry,” said CIB Marine Chair Mark Elste. “His banking expertise, knowledge of the broader markets, and skills in strategic planning and implementation will further strengthen our commitment to creating value for our shareholders.”
