

Sparta, Mich.-based ChoiceOne Financial Services and subsidiary ChoiceOne Bank promoted 13 employees, including six vice presidents:
Adam Bogdanowicz to VP, network support. He joined the bank 15 years ago as a network technician, and has been promoted multiple times since. He previously worked in information technology at a local financial institution.
Kevin Smith to VP, credit manager. Smith joined the bank five years ago as a senior credit analyst, and has been promoted multiple times since. He previously worked as a credit analyst and senior credit analyst for two regional banks in west Michigan.
Nicole Smith to VP, consumer and residential mortgage manager. Her banking career at ChoiceOne started in 2010 as a part-time teller. She has been promoted several times since, most recently to assistant VP in 2024.
Dave Stahl to VP, private banker in the east and central markets. Stahl, who has worked for community and regional banks for nearly 20 years, joined the bank in 2023 as Grand Rapids branch manager and officer.
Steve Turk to VP, regional facilities and special projects in the east and central markets. Turk joined ChoiceOne in 2022 as assistant vice president, IT project manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the IT field.
Konrad Raclawski to VP, financial advisor in the west market. He joined ChoiceOne in 2016 as a personal banker. He was most recently promoted to AVP in 2022.

Kyle Carson to officer, financial advisor in the bank’s west market and Olivia Phillips to officer, financial advisor in the east market.
Cassandra Chaffee to officer, branch coordinator in the west market.

Theresa Hicks to officer, branch coordinator in the east market.
Kara Lambourn to AVP, administrative officer and executive assistant.
