Muscatine, Iowa-based CBI Bank & Trust recently announced three executive promotions..Michael Johnson to executive vice president and chief risk officer. Johnson, who joined CBI Bank & Trust in the fall of 2011, was most recently senior vice president and chief risk officer. He graduated from Iowa State University, Ames, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance. Matt Wynn to senior vice president and chief lending officer. Wynn, who was most recently SVP, regional senior loan officer, joined CBI Bank & Trust in the fall of 2023 through its acquisition of SENB Bank. He has more than 25 years of experience with the combined organizations. Wynn graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He’s also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Patrick Gavin to SVP and chief credit officer. Most recently a vice president in credit administration, Gavin joined CBI Bank & Trust in 2007. He’s since had several positions within retail and credit administration. Gavin has a BBA from AIB College of Business, Des Moines, Iowa. He attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
