Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First recently announced the retirement of Judy Heun from its board of directors..Heun joined Bank First in 2019 with more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. She was named chair of the audit committee in 2022. Heun has had leadership positions at Kohler, Wis.-based manufacturing company Kohler Co., where she is a financial consultant. “Judy’s expertise, dedication, and leadership have had a lasting impact on Bank First,” said Mike Molepske, chair and CEO of the $4.5 billion bank. “Her guidance strengthened our financial position and reinforced our commitment to responsible growth. We deeply appreciate her years of service and wish her all the best in her next chapter.”
