Bankers' Bank recently hired a commercial banking executive while promoting several other employees:.Hired Dan Healy as senior vice president commercial banking. Healy was previously chief lending officer at Inland Bank, before its merger into Byline Bank. Volker succeeds Pete Aarvold, who retired at the end of 2024. Volker has 18 years of community banking experience, with a background in operational services along with commercial lending and credit. He has spent nine years with Bankers' Bank.
