Salinas, Kan.-based Bank of the Plains hired John Meyer as chief credit officer..An executive vice president, Meyer has more than 30 years of commercial banking experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in business management and an MBA with an emphasis in finance and economics from Wichita State University.
