Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First promoted Traci Argall to vice president of product management and Katie Steffel to VP-retail loan operations. .Argall, who joined the bank in late 2023, has played a major role in implementing a new account opening platform, overseeing early parts of the online banking upgrade, and leading improvements to the bank’s commercial loan system. She has more than 30 years of experience in project leadership, end-user training and business process improvement. Argall has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. “Traci brings strategic insight and a hands-on approach to everything she takes on,” said Senior Vice President-Technology Director Matt Longmeyer. “Her leadership has been key in moving several major initiatives forward, and we are excited for the opportunities ahead.” Steffel has 27 years of mortgage industry experience. She joined Bank First in 2022 through its merger with Denmark State Bank, and has since advanced through several leadership positions within the retail loan operations unit. “Katie’s ability to bring people and processes together to create a smooth, efficient experience for our customers and employees has made a significant impact on our team,” said Bank First Chief Operations Officer Brendan Marston. “We’re excited to see her continue driving improvements and delivering outstanding service in her new role.”
