Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First hired Katie Rodgers as vice president-loan product management. .Rodgers has more than 20 years of banking experience, 14 of which in lending. She was most recently senior vice president, commercial loan operations manager. “Katie’s experience in commercial loan operations and her focus on optimizing systems make her a strong addition to our team,” said Traci Argall, vice president of project management. “Her ability to streamline processes and align technology with business needs will help us continue delivering responsive, efficient lending solutions.”
