Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First Corporation elected Todd Sprang to the boards of both Bank First and its holding company, Bank First Corporation..A CPA, Sprang has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting and the financial services industry, most recently as a principal at CliftonLarsonAllen, where he led the firm’s financial services industry practice across multiple regions and was part of the national leadership team. Over the past 20 years, he has advised banks, credit unions and insurance companies on audit, tax and consulting matters.As a new board member, Sprang will also join Bank First’s Audit Committee.“Todd has been a trusted advisor to our bank for many years and has played a key role in our strategic planning,” said Mike Molepske, CEO and chair of the $4.4 billion bank. “His deep understanding of our organization and the financial services industry makes him an exceptional addition.”
