Manitowoc, Wis.-Bank First appointed Debbi Steber as vice president of deposit and payment operations..Steber has nearly two decades of financial services experience in banking roles, including teller, branch manager, accounting and operations leadership. Most recently, she managed digital operations for a credit union, where she oversaw deposit, card and digital banking services. At Bank First, she will lead teams responsible for wires, ACH, account processing and transaction monitoring along with other core deposit and payment functions.Bank First Chief Operations Officer Brendan Marston said Steber “brings a wide range of banking experience in frontline and operational functions and shares our commitment to building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction.”Steber has a bachelor’s degree from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wis., and a master’s degree from Capella University in Minneapolis. Bank First operates 27 branches across Wisconsin and has approximately $4.4 billion in assets.
