Brianna Elsass joined Associated Banc-Corp as executive vice president, chief digital officer, the Green Bay, Wis.-based bank announced July 27. .Most recently head of U.S. digital and technology for BMO, Elsass has also had leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Capital One and Discover. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, and an MBA from DePaul University, Chicago. Elsass “brings an exceptional combination of digital strategy, customer experience and technology leadership that will help accelerate our vision for the future of banking,” said Head of Consumer and Business Banking Steve Zandpour.
